We have brought together a team of professionals with Legal, Human Resources, ongoing SME business ownership experience and Corporate Management experience. We believe that this team will be able to provide the right advice and practical solutions that will ensure you and your business build a sustainable competitive advantage in the market place and maximise your Return on Investment. We recognise that your Workplace Relations and Human Resources systems cannot be established and operated in isolation from the rest of your business. It is absolutely critical to your success that they are developed in conjunction with your overall business plan. Therefore one of the FCHR points of difference will be to take a holistic approach to dealing with your workplace relations and development of Human resources plan.

BACKGROUND
Tony has lived on the Sunshine Coast all of his life. He attended the Mooloolaba Primary School and Maroochydore High School.
Tony is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and a Legal Practitioner in New South Wales. He was elected to the Queensland Law Society Council in 2007 for a term of 2 years. Tony is also the Vice President of the Sunshine Coast Law Association after having served on the committee for the past 4 years. He is also a volunteer for the Sunshine Coast Community Legal Centre which provides free legal advice to the community.

Jim Carlile
Jim Carlile comes to Ferguson Cannon with over 20 years experience in business in both corporate and self ownership roles. His last corporate position was the CEO/National Brand Manager of the Terry White Chemists Group which consisted of a group of 100 pharmacies turning in excess of $500 million per annum. For the past 6 years he has been the Managing Director of the Carson Group which has owned a group of 5 Newsagencies, 3 Coffee Clubs and a Business and School Office supplies company know as Big Blue Office. Jim has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and Marketing, certificate IV in retail management and is a professional member of AHRI (Australian Human Resources Institute). He brings to Ferguson and Cannon a wealth of operational experience that coupled with the expertise of the Ferguson and Cannon legal team will lead to client outcomes that are practical, commercially viable and provided with an implementation strategy that is workable and achievable. Jim’s commitment is that “the team will not be removed from reality – we will make it our business to understand first hand what our clients are going through and hence tailor solutions that will create a flood of better results for them.”
